We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and realize that in some rare cases, items may be damaged during manufacturing. A to Z Flag Company will gladly replace or refund any defective or damaged merchandise. Defective merchandise will be refunded at the original cost of the item plus shipping & handling. Merchandise that is returned, but not defective, will be refunded at the original cost ONLY. We can not refund the shipping & handling charges on these returns. ALL returns must be given a return authorization number by A to Z - BEFORE YOU RETURN THEM. Any items returned for any reason other than defective merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
