When can I expect to receive my order?

Do you provide a tracking number to check the status of my order?
There is NO tracking number for First Class Mail orders; however UPS orders will have a tracking number and Priority Mail orders will have a delivery confirmation number. The number will be in the shipping confirmation email you receive .
What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard or you can choose to pay by check or money order. (Note: If you choose to pay by check or money order, we must receive your payment BEFORE your order will be shipped).
Do you give any discounts on large orders?

How do your flags attach to a flagpole?
Our flags have grommets to hang on a wall or attach to a pole. The most popular way to attach them to flagpoles seems to be with "zip ties". We currently do NOT have any flags with pole sleeves.

Can I hang my flag outside?
Our 3 ft. x 5 ft. polyester flags are suited more for indoor use. You can hang your flag outside occasionally if you wish and wear life varies depending on the weather conditions in your area.
